HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship most of the orders WITHIN 72 HOURS (excluding holidays) from when we receive the order (if you pay by Paypal) or from when we receive the payment (if you pay via bank transfer).
We will use an Express Courier which  delivers in Italy within 24/48 hours (excluding saturdays and holidays).
When the package is tendered to the courier, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking code for your package.
That code will be active withing 24 hours from that moment and can be used on the shipping company web site to track the shipment.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost is always determined when the order is shipped and based on the weight / volume of the packages shipped.

CAN I HAVE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE USED FOR INVOICING?
Sure! Before submitting the order you will have the chance to provide a shipping address.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY/VALUE?
A minimum order of € 250.00 is required, orders less than this amount may be refused at the discretion of the management.
Notwithstanding the individual commercial agreements, orders of less than € 250.00, if processed, will be shipped with cash on delivery.
